Plane Driven’s new drive engine configuration sports 100 horsepower with five speed paddle shifting and automatic clutches. Extensive road testing is underway to confirm reliability and performance.Test drivers are reporting that speeds of 75 MPH are easy, with power to spare. New suspension and steering systems are in the design and mockup stage. – Wally Anderson

Trey Johnson flies PD1 across US in new configuration

Trey Johnson continues the development  of the PLANE DRIVEN PD1 with new drag reduction design. Trey has now successfully flown the new design across country at a greatly increased cruise speed and altitudes up to 11,000 feet. More details to follow.
